Top 5 Instagram Accounts to Follow for Design
Designers of all sorts have quickly discovered that Instagram is so much more than a place to share what you ate for lunch or your most recent #selfie, it’s actually crucial for business.
Since its unveiling in 2010, Instagram has become a discovery hub for designers’ ideas, partnerships and next great project.
Here’s a list of our favorite Instagram accounts that we absolutely can’t miss on our feed.
01. Jenna Sue (@jennasuedesign)
This Tampa, FL designer goes to show that not all things beachy need to be plastered in seashells. Jenna’s knack for creating whimsical, rustic pieces with a polished finish is definitely worth a follow. P.S. Her D.I.Y. tutorials are everything!
02. Eric Trine (@EricTrine)
Eric’s ability to create modern, innovative pieces while still staying true to their functionality is so distinct, no wonder he’s accumulated a following of over 50k. Also, check out his design studios’ account, @amigomodern.
03. Ryan Korban (@RyanKorban)
Nobody epitomizes the words extravagant and chic quite like Ryan does, which is probably why he’s raked in over 100k followers. The decadent photos of his New York based designs which have been featured in publications such as Architectural Digest and Vogue, make us feel like we’re spending the day exploring the cities’ architecture with Carrie Bradshaw and her gang. Can I get these Manolo’s in a size 7?
04. Victoria Smith (@sfgirlbybay)
This bay area natives’ Instagram profile is so playful and aesthetically pleasing, we love seeing her bright photos show upon our feed. Although she now lives in Los Angeles, she still stays true to her San Franciscan roots which we absolutely love. How can someone make such a gloomy city look so warm and inviting? Guess you’ll have to follow her to find out.
05. Rachel Parcell (@rachparcell)
Last but most definitely not least, this lover of all things pink (especially peonies!) has one of the most charming profiles we have ever seen. If you are ever craving a splash of romantic, youthful photos on your timeline, she’s definitely worth a follow.
