In this modern luxury design, Space Planning was very important. Space Planning is the process of organizing furniture and office functions to work effectively together while using space efficiently. Consider the work group function the building codes and regulations, lighting, teaming requirements, inter-communication, and storage to make the best use of available space.
Acquiring furniture that was appropriate for this space was our main focus. Space planning also played a key role because it was important to have the right proportions of the sofa, the chairs, the dinning table, so the apartment didn’t look cramped or the furniture looked ill fitted.
In the bedroom, the bed was the main focus but it was also important to have the right proportions because the client wanted a desk in there for when guest wanted to do work.
To accomplish the Modern Luxury Design in this apartment the accessories were chosen specifically because they elevated the style of the apartment and the details of the space.
