The process to go from what we had to where we wanted to be was smooth in the sense that there were not a lot of walls to built or to take down.
We did expand the breakroom by knocking down a wall and taking over an office that was not in use. We also got rid of a CMU wall that wasn’t necessary. The whole room received new electrical and new appliances.
As previously stated in our website, 3D renderings are important to get the design right and to show our clients the end product.
3D renderings were made for this project because it was necessary to see the layout of all the furniture.
It was important to have the best position for all the appliances and furnishings since their functionality was key to meet with the employees’ needs.
The end result of Del Amo Break Room Remodel is a chic space where the needs of the employees were met.
All the new appliances were spread evenly so the employees are not wasting time waiting for a microwave to be open or not having enough sitting for everyone.
At the end, the break room is a welcoming and serene space where there is enough sitting for everyone and the employees can feel, at least until their break is over, at peace.
