BATHROOM DESIGNS WE DO

When it comes to bathroom design, we work with all style types. But, here are some of the designs we do:

  • Modern
  • Traditional
  • Rustic
  • Contemporary
  • Coastal
  • Industrial

These are just a few examples of the many different styles of bathroom designs. Your choice will ultimately depend on your personal taste, the size and layout of your bathroom, and your budget.

WHAT’S THE COST FOR OUR BATHROOM REMODELs?

A bathroom remodel can range from a partial remodel that involves updating a few elements of the bathroom to a full-scale remodel that involves a complete transformation of the space.

All design services are based of our $175/ hr rate. So its a per project cost versus an hourly billing cost. So if we estimate a bathroom remodel at 30 hours that is 30 x 175 = $5,250 for the full bathroom remodel.

FACTORS TO CONSIDER for bathroom remodels

There really is no standard cost for any remodel it depends on a lot of factors such as:

  • Size of the bathroom
  • Scope of the project
  • Materials used
  • Labor costs
  • Location

COST ESTIMATES of bathroom remodels

With those factors, here are some general cost estimates to consider:

  • Minor Bathroom Remodel: A minor bathroom remodel can cost between $2,500 and $15,000, and typically includes updating fixtures, painting, and replacing flooring.
  • Mid-Range Bathroom Remodel: A mid-range bathroom remodel can cost between $15,000 and $35,000, and typically includes replacing fixtures, installing new flooring, updating lighting, and adding new tile or stone to the shower or tub area.
  • High-End Bathroom Remodel: A high-end bathroom remodel can cost $35,000 or more, and may include features like a custom-built shower, luxury fixtures and finishes, and high-end tile or stone work.

Ready to remodel your bathroom? Here’s how the process works for bathroom remodels.

The bathroom remodel process can vary depending on the scope of the project, but typically involves the following process:

1. Planning: The first step is to plan the remodel. This includes discussing the scope of the project, what design style are you interested in, setting a budget, timeline and constraints, permits (if your project needs them), have you selected a contractor, choosing materials and fixtures, and creating a layout or blueprint of the new bathroom. When designing a bathroom, we do site measurements and all drawings including a demo plan, proposed plan, electrical plan,  and elevations. We also source and purchase materials such as plumbing, tile , vanities, and light fixtures.

2. Demolition: Once the plan is in finalized, the existing bathroom will need to be demolished. This involves removing the old fixtures, cabinets, flooring, and any other elements that are being replaced.

3. Rough-in: With the bathroom gutted, the rough-in work can begin. This includes installing new plumbing and electrical systems, as well as any framing or structural changes that need to be made.

4. Installation: With the rough-in work complete, the new fixtures and finishes can be installed. This includes things like cabinets, countertops, sinks, toilets, shower or tub enclosures, lighting, tiling and flooring.

5. Finishing: Once everything is installed, the finishing touches can be added. This includes painting, trim work, and any other decorative elements that are part of the design.

6. Clean-up: With the remodel complete, the final step is to clean up the space and make sure everything is in working order. This includes testing the plumbing and electrical systems and ensuring that all fixtures and finishes are properly installed.

Also, the duration of your specific bathroom remodel project depends on our current wait times usually 6-12 weeks for design , construction is on a different timeline.

To get a more accurate estimate of the duration of your specific bathroom remodel project, it’s best to get an estimate with us, we can provide you with a detailed timeline based on your specific project requirements.
